I’d say old school.

But that would be 8 track.

My Dad had 8 track.

On his stereo.

And in his big rig.

I still have his stereo.

I miss all of you.

I miss all the friends we’ve lost.

Walk Away

I walked away from my blog 3 years ago when my Mom died. I've been wanting to catch up. This may be a start. The Irish Hills Towers were saved. Our favorite barn was not. and then there's our kittehs... I saw Joe Walsh live twice. Once with the Eagles at Tiger Stadium. Once at the Michigan State Fair. The Irish Hills Towers

we visited these beauties

 on our way to the lake haus

they were built in 1924

they were 50 feet high

before the tops were removed

to help keep out the weather

second photo is back

my step-father went to the top 50 years ago

they have been closed since 2000

we'd love to see them restored

and go to the top

and view the many lakes

please, don't tear them down
